The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean, very well furnished and best of all, the rooms have a wonderful sea sight. Noticeably, proper attention is payed to every small detail everywhere. It is a very, very good hotel. -

I absolutely loved staying at Jaguar and would without a doubt recommend this hostel to anyone coming to Viña. The hostel was a bit more money than I was looking to spend, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Excelent location, close to the beach and downtown Viña del Mar. Staff
is very friendly. There was a mistake with my booking so they placed me
in an amazing, and much better, comfortable room than the one I had
booked. Thanks a lot to Marta & Ricardo, who cared a lot about their
guests. I felt at home and could relax after a long trip, and really
enjoyed meeting fellow travellers. Tip: Rent a bike which is really
unexpensive and going all along the beach until Reñaca beach. I highly
recomme

Very good sized room. Patricia who runs the hostel was really helpful with travel advice without being intrusive. Brilliant views over Vina del Mar from the communal living room, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. -
