  Ms. Lorena Silva is absolutely amazing: she will always make sure everything is perfect, which in turn greatly contributes to having a perfect trip! Even the concierges were great; they got us a great deal when we had to go to the airport, and that saved us around U$8! The neighboorhood is lively, full of bars, restaurants - The location in Bellavista put me in walking distance of many of Santiago's most historic and interesting places. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and clubs and people on the go. It's also home to a varied set of art galleries, yoga studios. The apartment is very close to the subway and it was easy to get around in Santiago. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff was very attentive to details, providing me information on all my destinations. The whole experience was much better

  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Everything was organised well and we could check in properly the next day. The apartment is just beautiful and there is nothing missing in it! The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

  Location and service was very good. Walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful - Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

  We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The metro station is right outside the hotel and easy to use, with the city centre beng only a few stops away. There are also plenty of restaurants near by. The receptionist, Nellie, was amazing! She arranged all our tours and airport transfers. A great place to stay in Santiago.

I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need.
