  The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Bellavista area nightlife and dining, and about a 15 minute walk to the metro. The neighborhood is safe and clean.   The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Everything was organised well and we could check in properly the next day. The apartment is just beautiful and there is nothing missing in it! We even could store our bags at their office on our last day. The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

  The staff, mostly young, smiling, helpful Chilenas (women) could not have been more welcoming...The beds were comfortable and new, the bed linens of good quality...excellent location in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Santiago, a 10-15 minute walk from two Metro stations... There is a Lider grocery store a block away and severa... vad folk säger » l restaurants on surrounding blocks...each room has its own gas or electric heater for the winter (when I was there), and a fan for the summer - Has a distinctive identity and stands out, in a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood. Can walk to most of the places of interest and spots in town, if one has the aptitude. Almenas is a nice cosy home/hostel, comfortable place to sleep in and a clean complete private bath (have to opt for it though). The staff is professional and courteous. And yes, Wi-fi is available and works very well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient as one would eat at home.

We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests.   Absolutely perfect! So good we extended our stay from 5 to 14 days. Convenient location for all the best parts of Santiago; great bars, restaurants, galleries, shopping, museums etc. all within walking distance. 5 mins from Santa Lucia metro station. I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need. Thanks ChileApart for making my first impression of South America a great one!

  EVERYTHING, it's just perfect ! - It's location was perfect just a short walk to all the main attractions and tube links. Has a laundrette on the ground floor so can get some washing done if needed.
