  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Everything was organised well and we could check in properly the next day. The apartment is just beautiful and there is nothing missing in it! We even could store our bags at their office on our last day. The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

  This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

  We stayed at the small studio on Nueva Providencia No 1372 for two weeks in Oct-Nov 2013. The 21st floor apartment was clean and suitable for two of us.   Our stay was very pleasant. The guys in the office spoke English very well and were very helpful in giving us a map and helping us plan some of the sites close by. It was very conveniently located to the subway and a lot of fun shopping. It was within walking distance to lots of sites. We were very comfortable staying here and felt very safe. - Location was great and close to subway and buses. Able to walk to nearby sightseeing venues and Hop ON- Hop Off buses. Kitchen was fully supplied except for paper towels. We bought fruit from street vendors for breakfast and snacks--mangos were outstanding. Office manager Javier spoke excellent English and was helpful. Very reasonable.
