  After traveling for 5 months it was great to stay somewhere that felt like a home away from home! Ivan and Jason were fantastic and couldn't have done more to help with any questions I had, to top it off the ribs Ivan prepared on the BBQ were amazing!   We rebooked this hotel for our second stay in Santiago as it is in a good location, is good value for money and has good facilities. Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and when we arrived we were given maps of Santiago and information about free tours. There were sufficient shared bathrooms and the roof terrace was great.   It was an amazing place. We enjoyed very much our two nights in "Princesa Insolente Hostel". Staffs were very friendly (thanks Randall) and helpful. Everything was clean a tidy. It is quite well located in the bohemian area of Santiago, Barrio Brasil, very close to the downtown.
