I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. Moreover, returning from a trip to the Easter Island we used the washing machine and dryer in the 22nd floor and felt like home (even better: one can use it until11pm!). For the airport one can take the taxi in front of the building for a lower price than the shuttle for 2 persons! (13000 CLP). I cannot

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.
