The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York. Staff was bilingual and very helpful. Also found the afternoon tea time a nice extra. -

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.

quality out of all hotels in Sth America. Sound proof. Shower head

Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.
