The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. Location is excellent - my main reason for the original choice of staying there, which I did on four separate occasions, using Santiago as a hub for travel to all points of the compass. Nice appartments with a small kitchen in the centre of Providencia. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, our balcony was great with a stunning view. Stuff is very helpful, downstairs at the entrance of the buildung only in spanish though....Free Wifi and the kitchen provides everything you need for selfcatering etc!!! -

This is a perfect location - right above the metro -- if you get lost just tell the cab driver 'take me to the Manuel Montt metro station'. Nellie is a gracious, attentive, caring host. She even helped with last minute reservations for a tour of the Undurraga winery. Everything was clean, fresh, seemingly brand new. A great place to stay in Santiago.
