  The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. - Very good location

  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   The great thing about the hotel is location. It's not a great hotel but for the price it's ok. It gets a lot of groups so be prepared for crowds. The did change the meats on the breakfast buffet everyday and it is enough to keep you going for the day.   it was very convenient for visiting our daughter in Santiago. We were able to walk to the center of town for meals and it was convenient to the Metro. - The place is very well located, all staff is very friendly and does everything to make your stay easy and good.
