  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   Great location at city center, at the foot of Santa Lucia hill. A very few steps from two metro stations. Very clean and comfortable. All facilities available. It's a family run business and Mr. Ricardo is a very nice gentleman.
