  Practically everything was excellent. Fantastic views from our room, friendly staff, good food, clean, big, and very comfortable room.   1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup a tripod to take pictures out the window. 2) Big room and very nice shower. 3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do. 4) Very good breakfast with lots of choices. 5) Parking at the hotel is good but a little ch... vad folk säger » allenging the first time on arrival. 6) It was one of the nicest hotels on our trip in 2.5 weeks. 7) Staff was incredibly helpful, e.g. to get a renta - One of the best value for price. Very nice and above standard hotel. Fantastic views over lake to volcanos Asorno. very helpful staff , they helped us with a lot of patient - highly recommend this hotel ”
