The hosts are probably the best in Puerto Natales or maybe even in the world. They helped us with every question or wish we had, day and night. The room (dbl with private bathroom) was cosy but absolutely enough for 2. Fantastic breakfast, high level for Chilean hostals. Perfect Wi-Fi and PC connection. Close proximity to center and bus terminal, perfect location. Staff were lovely Breakfast was good and available whenever.
