The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I
returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set
down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes
were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The food was very good at the Grill room and breakfast, we had not realised that breakfast was included in the tariff and was very much appreciated..All services provided were very much appreciated and the Hotel was well situated for walking to places of interest and to Public transport. We would stay there again and strongly recomme

Outstanding accomdations and fitness center - Proper breakfast. No buffets with lukewarm food. Staff actually appeared interested and were extremely helpful. Quiet and well appointed. ining room staff were exceptional and very personal.

Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -

In room laundry facilities was a God-send, after spending weeks in coin-op laundries. Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. Large selection of bicycle hire companies 100m away to allow you to take in the vast dedicated bicycle paths around
