  Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, this Lodge is beautifully appointed. One feels both close to nature, while also having luxurious accommodations. The freshly baked cookies, the coffee/tea, the fruit readily available gave the lodge feel very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean, I - The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one. Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too. The breakfasts were very good and free wi- fi was welcome.   The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. - We enjoyed our 3 nights. It is spacious and the beds were comfortable and it sure is a budget friendly.   Budget friendly. The new owners are so lovely, we chatted with Colin for a good hour. The place is absolute value for money! It's an older place, but the amenities were fine. We took the corner studio with its own provate balcony overlooking the ocean - absolutely breathtaking views :) - The location is good, I could hear the sound of waves and sea birds and see the ocean in the room. The style of this accomodation is resort not hotel( this is normal in Tofino). Every cabins are separated each other. The one building has 6 rooms. That was so quiet. The room was small but cozy. The staff are so kind and friendly, they helped me join some activities.

  After booking and receiving confirmation, we finally arrived in the evening hours of July 31, 2013. Initially, we were made aware, that the hotel was fully booked out, but the friendly hotel staff was searching for an alternative for one night. This alternative turned out to be an extraordinary experience in one of the Middle Beach Lodges. For the remainder of our stay, the extremely friendly mana - The hotel is well located, close to Tofino, but on the park side of it. A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. The room itself was more than a room, but really a suite, equipped with a king-sized bed. There was a stove, and a fridge, and a little porch where one could eat.   The motel was a few steps from the beach. The receptionist was personable. The room was very basic but had everything we wanted or needed--including a full kitchen. - room was adequate - not fancy but comfortable and nice location. Pool was a pleasant surprise - large. I would go again.
