  We were received by the owner of the hotel. He is very kind and give us all the info to visit and eat in Baie St .Paul. The room was really clean and the bad are big and confortable. - Very friendly receptionist. Stayed late so we could check in on time.   The hotel is well situated near the Berri/UQAM subway station. My room was indeed spacious and comfortable, but also very quiet, even though it faced the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it does offer good value at a modest cost. - Convenient location for a weekend getaway.   The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby and common areas were very tastefully decorated and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and some areas seemed a bit dingy. Overa... vad folk säger » ll, though, it was a great value and the rooms were certainly sufficient for a visit which allowed us to enjoy the best parts of Vieux Quebec. The loc - We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

  It was our first time in Quebec and of course we had a fabulous stopover prior to our cruise. Indeed my husband and I loved our room and your quaint hotel. Charming ambiance complimented by the delightfully amiable and caring young lady at the front desk who kindly answered any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious, and the server was pleasant. - Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class. And when we left our small radio behind the staff retrieved it and mailed it off to us and it was back home when our vacation ended. Very impressed. Thanks.
