  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -... vad folk säger » They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery. Also, even though I was beside a camping ground, it was very quiet at night. - We enjoyed a lot while our stay in this beautifull motel.   This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. A short $7 taxi ride to the falls gets you right amongst the action... vad folk säger » . Would certainly use this place again when in the area. - Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly.Our room was very large and clean. We had a microwave, small bar fridge and coffee maker.The air condition worked well and there is excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was great value and the location was just a short distance to all local attractions.

  I chose this place because I was trying to do Niagara Falls on a budget. I went in a little skeptical but was very impressed! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect-close enough to walk to the falls and Clifton hill but just far enough to be able t... vad folk säger » o justify eating a bowl of poutine! The room had a fridge and microwave, which was really helpful since I was traveling with my 11 month old. And the - Good hotel. We rented two single rooms for a week. Rooms have private bathes. Everything is clean. Rooms have TV (we have not tried it), and WiFi access, which is stable in some places in the room (near the window). Hotel is located in 15 min walk from the falls.The hosts are friendly, especially Khaled. Base package doesn't include room service, but it can be ordered for additional charge. This hotel can be recomennded as a chip place to stay for fiew days.
