Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

Loved the comfortable suite,location was good and serene. The hotel was
very clean and close to shopping areas , malls, flea market, fast food
and more up scale restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. I really
enjoyed the complimentary snack bag and the kitchen which included
stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, large microwave
and full six fridge, just awesome!!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the
RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time
for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just
walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as
the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another
world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was

Having stayed at the Southway a half dozen times in the last ten years, this visit was the best by far--perhaps it has something to do with the change of ownership?? The reception staff were excellent: getting me a coffee while I waited to check-in (the system was down) and then giving me 10% discount vouchers. The same ready and pleasant service

I liked the clean homey atmosphere of the hotel and also the fact that
it is only a 5 min drive to the Casino and race track. Staff were very
helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the Shallows restaurant --- got an upgrade
during the current renovations and appreciated that very much.

The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation -
the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings.
Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all!

I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was
impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by
french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was
comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The
server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was
friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and
wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the

I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very near Pearson Intl Airport. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. Everyone knows that when you get off of a long flight,
