  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -... vad folk säger » They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Although the building is old, the room was clean. The building is unique and has an old world charm. The internet was free and breakfast was included making it a good deal. This was my first visit to Thunder Bay so can't comment on the location of the hotel except for the fact that I chose it because it was on the waterfront - needs to capitali... vad folk säger » ze on that. Staff very helpful and efficient. - The hotel reminded me of when I was young and would travel with my family. We often stayed in older hotels. You had a stunning view from our window. The beds were new, clean and quite comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The first morning we were there our car wouldn't start. A staff member call caa, which is Canada's version of aaa. We had the car up and running within an hour.
