I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent. In the next visit to whistler, I surely chose this hotel for accommoda

Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. -

This is a fantastic Hotel.
Huge modern and fully equipped rooms (full modern kitchenette)
One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at and right in the downtown are of Vancouver.
We had to transfer from the Residence Inn by Marriott to the Sheraton Wall Centre on the 3rd day what a let down when we saw our room at the Sheraton and compared it to

Beautiful location on the ski hill. Would be perfect for skiing as the
gondola is right out your back door. We were there in the summer and
amenities were a bit scaled back. Great rooms and hotel staff was great.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

We came in off season as to us it would be too busy in high season. We were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for the price!! I liked being able to walk everywhere as my husband needs a wheelchair for long walks. It is close to the border to slip over for a few hours. It was VERY quiet and peaceful which made it even more

The view of the lake and the vineyards across the lake was fantastic. Loved the morning sun coming over the mountains. Having a full kitchen and two baths was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable. Having a dining room/bar was a nice feature. We came for the FOG and enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The lobby is fantastic as well. Super staff. Very relaxing. Loved the town.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. We were given the option of choosing our room after getting to see both. The hotel has a lot of character throughout and the Restaurant is excellent. We ate supper and Breakfast there and were not disappointed. JP is the perfect host and all staff were attentive to our needs and seemed happy to be working there.

The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with just the right amount of furniture, white sheets (always a factor), contemporary looking, clean. Bathroom also very roomy with ample counter space for leaving personal items (that's a plus for women). -

We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests.
Super clean and inviting.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. -
... vad folk säger » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

Very welcoming staff at desk. We were travelling by motorcycle and were encouraged to park next to the front doors where desk staff could keep an eye on our motorcycle as well as others. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked very well, very clean. Excellent food in the attached pub. Excellent staff in the pub as well. -

I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.
