  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.   Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet when I was there - might be a little 'busier' during winter. It's somewhat off the 'beaten path', although the route to it was straightforward & well signposted. Room was clean, tidy & the water was hot. - Really like the main lodge.   Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   Our two-bedroom suite was modern, beautiful and well-furnished with everything we needed. We made good use of the pools and the hot tubs and enjoyed the serenity of the mountain view from one of our balconies. The resort afforded a peaceful, luxurious getaway from the daily grind. Great vacation spot! - The resort is in a great location and has all the amenity's required for a nice stay. The 3 Hot tubs and 2 pools are excellent and are a great place to unwind after a fun filled day Golfing at one of the many world class golf courses. The room I had was perfect for 2. It also had a nice view and the room was equipped with all the right comforts for a great stay a true 4 star trying to be a 5
