Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!)
Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell

The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and
comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
Vert Good Value for money.

We came in off season as to us it would be too busy in high season. We were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for the price!! I liked being able to walk everywhere as my husband needs a wheelchair for long walks. It is close to the border to slip over for a few hours. It was VERY quiet and peaceful which made it even more

The view of the lake and the vineyards across the lake was fantastic. Loved the morning sun coming over the mountains. Having a full kitchen and two baths was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable. Having a dining room/bar was a nice feature. We came for the FOG and enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The lobby is fantastic as well. Super staff. Very relaxing. Loved the town.

Very handy location for Valemount. Loved the 'home away from home' feel. Enjoyed the privacy coupled with nearness to the highway - so convenient. Would have liked to stay longer. Will definitely return. Great hosts! -
The cabin is really very cosy and comfortable. You have everything that you need for your stay and the surroundigs are great.

to uptown. Having left my initial deposit, the Hotel phoned me to

The staff were wonderful from the very beginning. The fax machine wasn't working and it took a few mins to get us checked in correctly and they were very nice about it. Our room then had a broken toilet and they upgraded us to a very nice room. It was very clean and comfortable. I plan to return. -

Upon check in, for an extra $10.00 they upgraded us to "The Victorian Room" which was a king suite with an in room hot tub! The staff was positive and great to deal with. The swimming pool was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Great value. Will stay there again. In fact, I will specifically look for Prestige Inns wherever I travel. -

The staff were very friendly and obviously enjoyed their jobs, which makes it so much nicer to stay someplace. The rooms are upscale and the beds are very comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Staff were very good, polite and friendly. answered all questions well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. Food at Fogg and Suds attached to the hotel not bad. -
Ralph at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered overall amazing service!
