  Loved the jacuzzi suite. The steamer in the shower was an added bonus. Room was one of the nicest that we've stayed in. Will go back there again! Buffet dinner was excellent, buffet breakfast was delicious too. - Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly

  The room was very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities (indoor waterslide and hot-tub). The room was well fitted out and in great condition and modern.   The staff at the front desk were incredible. They were friendly, informative and always ready to help! The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel in some time...and we travel alot. We were staying for the 'retro music' weekend and we were so fortunate to get a room with a balcony where we could see and hear the music from ... vad folk säger » our 4th floor room. What a treat! - Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard. The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

  The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and smelled fresh. The service was top notch. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back, I'm sure.

  Convenient location for travellers passing through. Good restaurant within walking distance for a decent dinner (i.e. not fast food). Also Cora's is great for breakfast. - Stayed just one night. Large comfortable room. Conveniently located for a solo traveler passing through I did not try out the facilities.

  The comfort. The suite was a perfect size. Nice price didn't believe that I could pay what I did and get the room I did. Bed was perfect and lots of pillows lol usually u get the bare minimum and it didn't happen here. I recommend the Day's Inn. - I made a mistake with my reservation on the dates.   I've stayed here before. The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too! I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!) One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... vad folk säger » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! - It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a cancellation came through and they gave us the room.
