  We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.... vad folk säger » The staff were very nice, the room was super clean. We were looking for a hotel out of the city and close to the mountains so this was perfect. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

  First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings.   I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always.   Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! Connie the owner/manager is very hands on, and takes personal interest in the needs of her guests.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.   Courteous, efficient, welcoming staff. Our city view room was surprisingly quiet and the layout of the room very conducive to privacy as well as having a desk for business. Our meal in the dining room was superb and again, the service was excellent. I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays. walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver. I will definitely be back.

  We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. The Toiletry items were top notch Aveda products, the coffee was starbucks. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool area was clean and beautiful.

  I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! - Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.

  I like the location and facilities of the resort. The personal are very warm and friendly. I love the view and the pool.The rooms are clean and nice. The resort is located just by the lake and it has a very nice restaurant that has delicious foods with a reasonable price.
