  We liked the freedom of self- catering & the space in the 1 bedroom chalet we had booked. It was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The surroundings were very pleasant & relaxing - well kept grounds & a lovely view too. All credit must go to Anna- Marie who manages the site & is very keen that you are happy & have every... vad folk säger » thing you need. She cleaned the rooms every day, replenished supplies & even baked a delicious blackberry pie for us! - Although you have to travel about 3 km down a dusty gravel road to get there, it is worth it. Cedar Park Resort has manicured grounds and friendly staff/owners. Our accommodation was a 2 bedroom duplex cabin which was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Playing cards were even provided. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. I would stay again and I recommend the resort.

  Lorrie & MIchlle were great host - friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend Money Pennies if you are visiting Campbell River. - The house and room were clean and modern and it was a fabulous breakfast. The owners were so friendly and accomodating!   The staff was excellent--hip, young, friendly, canadian (gotta love the friendliness of Canadians!!). The place was small but that made it quicker to heat up on the cold days we were here.   We loved the "social" part of the hotel as guests were very comfortable and would hang outside and everyone was so friendly to one another. Was very motorbike friendly and everyone felt welcome.   It fitted in with our journey back to mainland vancouver as a one night stop over.   The staff were very friendly. I booked last minuted, so the renovated rooms were unavailable. The room we did stay in was lovely. Simple, and you could tell that they were beginning the updating process. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Definitely good value for the money. - The owners are the staff.   The wifi is weak.... Others are good. - Friendly staff, I was able to check in ahead of time. Checkout is 11 am, which is very nice. A liquor store is in walking distance, which gives you a chance of enjoying a stay the dark rooms with thin walls.
