front desk was very personable and helpful with directions. The room was
luxurious. Nothing cookie cutter here-beautiful furnishings and nice
little touches to make it unique. It was also close to shops and

We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests.
Super clean and inviting.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. -
... vad folk säger » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

I loved this heritage B&B.It is beautifully maintained and very comfortable for the adult traveller.On arrival,.I received lemonade and home made cookies on the outside deck,as it was still a hot day. The breakfast served was all homemade and plentiful. -

The staff was excellent--hip, young, friendly, canadian (gotta love the
friendliness of Canadians!!). The place was small but that made it
quicker to heat up on the cold days we were here. Mini-fridge,
microwave, tv, lots of pillows, coffeemaker with good coffee...all the

We were able to park directly outside our room. It was a quiet room, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very generous! I would definitely stay here again. Did not have time to try out the swimming pool. -

The staff was exellent, very courtious and helpful with finding any information about the surrounding shops and travel options as well they were very quick to alleviate any of our concerns about the room especially when I couldn't figure out how to work the plug for the bath tub...lol! -

Very welcoming staff at desk. We were travelling by motorcycle and were encouraged to park next to the front doors where desk staff could keep an eye on our motorcycle as well as others. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked very well, very clean. Excellent food in the attached pub. Excellent staff in the pub as well. -

A very clean, comfortable and high quality accommodation. Quality linens and facilities, room spacious and bright. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, served in the family area. Secluded and private accommodation well away from the rail track so very peaceful and quiet. Maps and local guides in the room were very useful.
