  We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us.   We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   We had a separate bedroom suite with a king size bed, and there was a pull-out couch in the living room. For the room and the location of the hotel the price couldn't be beat for downtown Vancouver. If you are partying on Granville this is the perfect location, and is also five minutes walking distance to shopping on Robson and Yaletown. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. The hotel itself is well appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. Queen beds were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

  I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.
