  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated. There's a Starbucks about a 30 second walk from the lobby doors, which then leads right into the Olympic Park (cool for kids) and then right there is the Upper Village, with all the shops and bars you would want. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the ski hills/gondolas, but if you're just going up to enjoy Whistler for a few nights, this is a great location. The

  I particularly wanted the upper village. It's location gave easy access to the main lower village, approx 10 mins walk. Our outlook over the gardens and chairlift was amazing. - The unit we stayed in was excellent. We enjoyed it much more than a previous unit. Ski in/ski out is great and the location is quiet.

  The hotel exceeded our expectations on almost all counts. The service, the staff, the location , the hotel ambiance , the food, etc. all exceeded the high standards that we were looking for.   We loved the two bedroom condo. It was spacious, with beautiful views, very luxurious. Location is quiet and peaceful. Restaurant was very good. - The villa was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Wish we has stayed longer.
