  I loved that the hotel was clean and very kid-friendly. The outdoor and indoor pools were wonderful and minutes walk from the Beach! The outdoor movie night was a real treat for our daughter.   Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time - The rooms were clean and kept that way during our stay.   I loved how friendly the staff were. They offered helpful information with personal touches and experiences. They offered recommendations about places to see and things to do, and I appreciated the service they offered. Our tap was broken which resulted in no hot water in the bathroom sink.   Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly Colin at front desk. We upgraded to the superior King room and it was well-worth the money. The updated bathroom with the rain shower head was great. - Beds and pillows were super comfortable; walking distance to the events centre; staff was helpful. Nice pool facilities.
