  Lovely room with a very comfortable bed, and we were lucky to be overlooking a wooded area (rather than the car park and highway) Very friendly and helpful staff.   Happy Place was very homey and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and conversation at the breakfast table was delightful. Specifically stayed in a room with a private patio, which I would highly recommend for early morning coffee or evening wine. - The conversations with Leon were welcomed and informative.
