  After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyo - The staff are extremely helpful. Sam & Sunny made good friends with our young boys. the room was wide enough & cosy. Cleaning was adequate. it's 7 min walk from the falls & 10 min from dinning area. tim horton is 3 min away. our children really enjoyed the place & every one was very very friendly. it is very safe & have a familial atmosphere. free parking was a great advantage.

  I loved the heart shaped jacuzzi in the room! Helped for the romantic getaway we were looking for! The staff was very friendly allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready!   The price was very reasonable. The management/staff was wonderful, very friendly and accomodating. We stayed there on our last day in Canada on Sunday, Sept. 1St.2013. We arrived 20 mins after closing (they close at 11:30pm) and when we knocked on the door the owners let us in and assured us they were waiting for us even though they had closed. The ou - We stayed in a 3 - Queen bedroom. The room was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The staff was very friendly and were able to address any questions or concerns we add. They also offered us additional pillows and blankets at check in which was a nice touch. Can't beat this price or value for a family of six!
