We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. The hosts were really nice and attentive to our needs, even though we stayed for one night they really made us feel at home giving us access to there fridge with bottled water/dr

The room was small but had everything we needed from a flat screen TV to a walk-in closet, it was really cosy -
Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The bathroom was large with free bath oil, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There were robes and slippers in the room. Cable TV with kid friendly channels.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. The owner was helpful, and very accommodating. He even picked us up at the Coach bus depot. The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the hotel was in a very quiet area. My wife had nothing negative to say about the accommodations. I will stay there next time I'm in Niagara Falls. -

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

The view is the best (room 3806) can see both falls and rainbow bridge,
even has a window you can crack open to here the roar of the falls.
Location is great and bus system was easy to use. Went first week of
April & not busy! I would not go during peak times. Stay was for two
days. Did Journey behind the falls, Butterfly & Aviary Houses,
Clifton Hill area. Drove the Niagara Pkwy from hotel to Niagara on the
Lakes very cool scenery. Kelsey's was a good place to eat. Sky wheel

The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

Läget var helt fantastiskt! Gångavstånd till fallen och allt runt
omkring. Hade bokat rum med "fallsview" men på plats
uppgraderade vi rummet ytterliggare med ca 50 Kanadadollar per natt, och
det va värt allt. Fick på 39:e våningen med kanonutsikt! Kan starkt
rekommendera detta hotell. -

-Housekeeping was very quick and efficient, it seemed as if they never were there except for all new towels.
- Overall the hotel staff was very nice. -
large, clean room with a whirlpool bath in the room and a small refrigerator. Spacious bathroom counter. Great hot breakfast in the morning. Everything seemed clean.
