The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.
The location was also wonderful. Notre Dame is a few blocks away as well as Old

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

Charming room with wonderful view of the river and parkway. Location perfect for exploring the old parts of Montreal. The breakfasts, in the hotels pub/restaurant, were so good that we decided to eat one of our dinners there too. We were not disappointed. The staff were extraordinary. We were greeted by Frederik who took care of our baggage then parked the car. Sylvie, the front desk person, helped us with numerous travel issues - small and large.

We stayed at Le St-Martin Hotel Centre-ville as a special treat toward
the end of a trip that had us traveling long distances with
grandchildren and visiting New Jersey, Maine and New York. We then

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The bed was phenomenal, I am a finicky sleeper and I had no trouble falling asleep. One quirk, the shutters open on the outside, meaning one can "peak" inside the bathroom. First stay at this hotel, that I find the hotel to be very nice. Usually, I went there only for the location, but this time, I was given an upgrade and the room was very nice. The shower in it was big enough to have a party. I liked my stay there more then ever before. Keep up the good work guys :-) -
