Tony's knowledge of Montreal and points of interest was spot on we never had to drive our rental car while we were there. The location was prime within shopping districts museums and restaurants. our room was wonderful the beds were extremely comfortable and after a long day of touring the city it was wonderful to come back to be great night sleep.

Mr. Spagnolo, the owner and only staffer, was very pleasant and professional and fulfilled special requests reliably, such as moving the bed to a different position to make more space in the room.
Nothing is to much trouble. Intelligent company. Comfort . Cleanliness. Good food. Personal touch. Knowledge of city. Home comforts. Friendly welcome.
Very friendly and helpful owner, only 2 blocks to the Metro for easy access to downtown, quieter part of the city with trees.

Rooms are a bit small but that's ok. Nothing wrong with the rest.
Unbearably hot outside the actual bedroom, which was very crowded so I asked that the bed be placed differently to create more space. The contrast between the bedroom with a/c and the common spaces without was very difficult to feel comfortable in and I became sick as a result. Unlike other B&Bs I've stayed in, the common spaces such as the living room, were not easy to use as the owner lives there and they are quite cluttered with his belongings.
