  I liked that it was close to everything. The price was good. I liked they had a pool would have brought our bathing suits but weren't told they had one - Rooms were clean. Price of $75 was good for August. Close to Clifton Hill.

  The room was newly renovated, neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and wireless internet. Bed was comfy. An easy-to-get-to, quiet location within walking distance to casino, falls, Skylon Tower, shopping, and restaurants. Really comfortable. Easy to get to from the highway and the location was perfect for the event I was attending. No road noise at night. Good for the price. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. Didn't hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms.

  The motel is located in a small town approx. 2 miles from Niagara Falls. A perfect location in our opinion - close enough to do whatever we wanted in the city and far enough away not to have the noise and traffic. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The motel owner was very friendly and took us down to the falls the next morning so we didn't have to d - The staff was really friendly and they did everything they could to make my stay perfect. The room is really big, it is actually a small studio with a small kitchen and a sofa. Great location: really close to Niagara Falls (if you have a car) but far enough from the noisy center.
