  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French.We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the frien... vad folk säger » dly and efficient staff. Our room had recently been renovated and was really nice. - The location was excellent, certainly what your website stated. I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

  The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

  The staff was always pleasant & helpful. The room we had booked was small..we upgraded To a Jr suite. Nice cooking area with a large bath. Bus line a block away, with great service. An overall good experience. We had stayed at the Hotel Du Nord in Dijon, Fr Sept 2012.
