  The staff, specially a young man whos nickname is "Nico". He really made us feel that we were in our country, specially when we arrive and he heard us speak in our language, and start to speak with us in Spanish!!! We came from Puerto Rico. - Very good location. Right at the gate of old Quebec.

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  The price was affordable and good value. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk (was tall, slender, dark hair and wore glasses) was extremely helpful (answering questions about transportation and location of attractions as well as allowing us to leave our bags on two occasions). Linens were so soft. Music in the lobby was so inviting. The complimentary breakfast was the best ever.

  The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Our experience at Port-Royal was fantastic! Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too.
