The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too. LOVED IT!! - The staff were very helpful with any requests and the buffet breakfast was delicious with great fresh choices.

The quality of food -
Port Royal is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of basse-ville (lower town). Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too. I would totally recommend future guests to head to local Quebec boulangerie named Paillard centrally located in Rue St Jean in Haute-ville (5min walt). Their

The location of this charming, boutique hotel is excellent. On a quiet street, but steps away from the Frontenac and promenade. We enjoyed several waterfront picnics in the Jardin immediately across the street. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class. And when we left our small radio behind the staff retrieved it and mailed it off to us and it was back home when our vacation ended. Very impressed. Thanks.

Le Chateau de Pierre is a charming small hotel in the center of Old Town. It is in walking distance of great restaurants and the Citadel and museums. The room in the hotel was comfortable and the owner was a gracious hostess. Min was especially helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. Breakfast was included and fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and a variety of beverages were offered. She even called a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a
lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was
perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and
restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days
which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute
walk to everything within the walled city.
