  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   Our experience at Port-Royal was fantastic! Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too. I would totally recommend future guests to head to local Quebec boulangerie named Paillard centrally located in Rue St Jean in Haute-ville (5min walt). Their

  It was our first time in Quebec and of course we had a fabulous stopover prior to our cruise. Indeed my husband and I loved our room and your quaint hotel. Charming ambiance complimented by the delightfully amiable and caring young lady at the front desk who kindly answered any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious, and the server was pleasant. - Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class.   Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms! We overlooked the park across the street - great view. Location is fantastic!
