  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive.   This is an amazing hotel which I would recommend to anyone I know needing accommodation in Vancouver. Absolutely fabulous.   I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always.   Courteous, efficient, welcoming staff. Our city view room was surprisingly quiet and the layout of the room very conducive to privacy as well as having a desk for business.
