  This hotel is new, well-maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The fitness centre is above par when compared to many similar hotels.   The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. - The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

  We had an overnight stay with an early morning flight. Comfort, good shower and internet access in a quiet location were priorities. We also wanted a couple of hours at West Edmonton mall for shopping.   I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   The room was large with two very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi and parking were free. We went to an excellent Chop restaurant next to the hotel car park. Good breakfast included. - A great place to go for our anniversary. Comfy and had all that we needed. Hot tub was very nice. Oh yes! The breakfast was exceptional!

  I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! - The room was clean and comfortable. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was great.

  Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery. Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. - Breakfast was great- it was nice to have a full complimentary breakfast, not just continental!

  Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.
