  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down).   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have.   This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   I stayed at your hotel with my daughter and grandson, I was looking for a hotel with a waterslide for my grandson and he really enjoyed the slide and pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast every morning was a great bonus.   The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. - This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

  I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the complimentary breakfast is never that good.   Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it.   The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. - The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.
