  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. I loved all the extra amenities: the fridge, the coffee maker, the newspaper and best of all the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel ov... vad folk säger » erall. - I only stayed one night but I certainly enjoy the neatness and overall appearance of the room.

  This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. - This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

  The beds are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in. In room dining is always great. The staff customer service is excellent! - Excellent Service, Great Food, Friendly Staff, Clean Beds. Everything was above and beyond my expectations!

  Very easy to get to and from the main highway and a short way from the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking, free wifi, with comfortable clean, well appointed rooms. There are nice linens, soaps and updated bathrooms. Bar fridge and coffee machine is handy. Staff most helpful and friendly. - My sister & I came to the Cancer Clinic.   Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.

  Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. For instance, when she heard my wife had a cold, the cleaning lady came back with a lemon and honey to make a soothing hot drink.
