  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... vad folk säger » staff were helpful and friendly.   I got a good rate and an upgrade to an executive room, which made my stay special. Close to West Edmonton Mall. Good bathroom design. Lots of space.   The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... vad folk säger » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

  The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. - This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

  Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it.
