  The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all.   It was just myself and my daughter, so the room was excellent, the price was awesome, the bed was out of this world, GREAT sleep. We didn't spend a whole of time in the room because the weather cooperated and we were outside all day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating. It was the best trip with my teenage daughter in a very long time. - Si could not apply my points because it was booked through letsbookhotel.com.. Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when they have sport teams

  The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Nonetheless, the upgrade was awesome. My husband and I were really impressed with the lighting made available for reading in bed as there were lights... vad folk säger » both beside and above each of us. Thank you for the very comfortable, pleasant experience. - The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

  Right from the minute we walked into the Georgetown Inn, we felt completely at ease and in awe of the homey décor. Stephanie at the front desk was welcoming and informative about all the questions we put to her. Our room was lovely and absolutely spotless. Had a delicious meal at the pub in the hotel. I have told our family and friends, what a wonderful place it is to stay at. - Stephanie welcomed us at the desk and provided the info we needed to make our stay comfortable.   Staff are very friendly and good, willing to help and help effectively. The coffee machine in our room was broken, within 10mins a brand new one was sent to our room. We choose one-bedroom suit this time, and it is good for small families within 4 persons, with full equipped kitchen and laundry room, a small but nice balcony with mountain view. By driving within 20mins you could reach Banff national park and compare wit - This hotel was excellent in every ways. The design is modern and the rooms are specious. Location is convenient and easy acess to Banff National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Love every minutes of the stay. Value is excellent and no histation to recommede to anyone who want to stay in Camore for visiting the mountain parks.

  The owner and his staff were excellent and we felt very welcome there and a part of. The place was spotless and everything was in great order we would recommend a stay there to everyone and will return hopefully next year with my husbands mom and step dad.
