  The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all.   You will not find a cheaper place to stay in the Rockies...about the same price as a hostel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Quiet location and not a of lot noise from other guests. - The service was great and we were by the parking lot and it never bothered us at all.   Friendly service, the manager is helpful and gives good tips on the region. The hostel is clean, the kitchen is huge and very well-equipped.   The staff were very helpful, although letsbookhotel.com messed up on our reservation, so when we arrived there was no room for us that allowed pets. The staff actually asked others to move so we could stay there with our dog. Hotel was clean, and room service was great.   It was just myself and my daughter, so the room was excellent, the price was awesome, the bed was out of this world, GREAT sleep. We didn't spend a whole of time in the room because the weather cooperated and we were outside all day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating. It was the best trip with my teenage daughter in a very long time. - Si could not apply my points because it was booked through letsbookhotel.com.. Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when they have sport teams

  The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Nonetheless, the upgrade was awesome. Thank you for the very comfortable, pleasant experience. - The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

  Excellent value for money. This is the first hotel between Calgary and Banff, and only 10 minutes from the park gate. Facilities are simple but perfectly adequate, if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep. - Just minutes away from Canmore and the Banff Park gate.   Right from the minute we walked into the Georgetown Inn, we felt completely at ease and in awe of the homey décor.
