Extremely clean. Friendly and helpful owners. Parking right outside the cottage which meant a lot to us as had lots of baggage on a 14 day Vancouver Island visit. Location is a little outside of town center but it is literally a 5 mins drive.
Nothing really although a small chest of drawers to unpack some clothes would have been nice.

I forget how to spell her name, the female owner of the place, the most kind and helpful lady i've ever seen, let me check in one hour before the earliest check in time. I will come again when visit Campbell River.
little bit noise of traffic at night because it's close to the ocean view road I'm 6ft, the showerhead was not high enough for me, but that's not a thing actually
Karen was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Rooms clean and comfortable
Reception was superb, Karen extremely helpful and interested in her customers. Very clean and facilities spot on - everything has been thought through carefully. We booked for one night on way to north of island - decided to also book in for return journey. No cabins were available but Karen offered an alternative mobile home, which was equally excellent. If you are going to Campell River then you should stay here!!

The warm friendly greeting the moment we arrived . The cleanlinnes of the cottage not only do the bedsheets get changed but the duvet cover as well again very clean and sanitary . Karen and Bruce always friendly and helpful . we will stay there again
