  Free Shuttle service to Airport Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

  Staff in the hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel. The waiter was very friendly and service was excellent. - The hotel had a warm relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly.
