  The quality of the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpfull. Also, the airport pickup and dropoff service was very useful and the driver was very friendly. - Clean and quiet. The park opposite is very pleasant and has a few nice restaurants. The collection service from the airport was efficient and reasonably priced.

  Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working. Hotel is placed at 10 minutesfrom sea shore and 15 minuted from main shoping area. It has a splendid sight view from top levels. Room was realy large and clean.   Everything. The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. The piano bar a great place to spend the evening. Staff very happy to help. Great that we could eat breakfast in the hotel because worried about having a voucher for breakfast outside the hotel.   The location is great, only 5 mins to the sea. Also there is great shopping center just near the Sea Park where you can buy everything you need - food etc. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms clear and newly refurbished. Highly recommended! - everthing was brill no faults at all

  The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area. We had a very comfortable night sleep and the extra pillows and even a blanked was proved for us. - This hotel suited my needs... vad folk säger » . The staff were pleasent and helpful, The room was basic but had all the necessary facilities required, Food, breakfast was fine too, Had a good comfortable nights sleep.
