  The staff were very polite. The room was big and clean. There was an baby bed in the room for our baby! - Very good possition close to pedestrian area and the sea. Room, probably, was just renowated and very clean.

  I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings.   The quality of the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpfull. Also, the airport pickup and dropoff service was very useful and the driver was very friendly. - Clean and quiet. The park opposite is very pleasant and has a few nice restaurants. The collection service from the airport was efficient and reasonably priced.

  Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working. Hotel is placed at 10 minutesfrom sea shore and 15 minuted from main shoping area. It has a splendid sight view from top levels. Room was realy large and clean.   Everything. The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. The piano bar a great place to spend the evening. Staff very happy to help. Great that we could eat breakfast in the hotel because worried about having a voucher for breakfast outside the hotel.   We thought the hotel was fine. It is nothing fancy but it's in a great location to explore Varna. We found it pretty easily using google maps and got a pretty good night sleep.   The location is great, only 5 mins to the sea. Also there is great shopping center just near the Sea Park where you can buy everything you need - food etc. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms clear and newly refurbished. Highly recommended! - everthing was brill no faults at all
