  I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff. Good atmosphere. Excellent location.

  I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings.   The Hotel Oceanic is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are enormous. Security is up to the minute with access available only to the floor where your room is situated - the lift is operated by a security key card. We were between 3 hotels before we come and the other were 4star hotels, we choosed oceanic because of customer feedback and did not regret.. Highly recommended!
